Shimomura Mandolin

Easy to use and clean. I had an OXO Good grip mandolin before and the blades on that were not nearly so sharp and it couldn’t cut as finely as this one. Do use with a cut resistant glove, it is wickedly sharp.

It was sharp enough, unfortunately the blade protector isn’t particularly helpful
