Presentation is in Italian language with subtitles, which I actually liked better. Elio is very detailed and broke down that movements and the moves before even doing a single throw. He demonstrates the proper and improper ways of doing the throws from kuzushi to kake. Due to this attention to detail some viewers will require patience but that was fine for a slow learner like me. Highly detailed and very well done as usual. Thank you.
