Pave Script Letter Necklace

My personalized necklace arrived missing a stone in one of the letters and I reached out to EPJ immediately. I still haven't heard anything and I still don't know how to receive a replacement. I'm really disappointed as I have been looking forward to this special necklace.

Ordered this as a 16th bday present for my daughter and it turned out better than I had hoped for! She loves it and the quality is amazing and it’s just perfect in every way. This was my first purchase but will certainly not be my last !!

I have ordered many things from EPJ and I love them all ! With this order I was initially worried bc I kept getting emails saying the order was delivered and it wasn’t. However , the staff was very professional and corresponded with me. This brand is one of my favorites and I can’t wait to order another item in the future !
