I think the necklace is very nice but a little flimsy. My granddaughter wore it once and it broke. For $170 a necklace and I bought two not acceptable. I thought your shipping process was was way too long and when I asked for a discount as it took so long no one responded.

I bought as a gift for my bestfriend in NYC who became a pet parent this past holiday. She claims she loves it.
