Great yarns and helpful staff

I love finding new yarns at Paradise Fibers, and Urth Harvest Worsted has become one of my favorites. Urth yarns are hand-dyed, and sometimes it can take a while for all items to be in stock. However, its worth the occasional wait to get the new items, and Paradise fibers staff are responsive to requests for information and great at helping.

Good customer service

It took more than a week for my order to ship and I received the actual yarn about two weeks after I ordered it. Once I received my order one skein of yarn was missing. Ugh I have to say Samantha was courteous and helpful. I assume the delays are due to a reduced staff. I think it would be helpful if Paradise Fibers would be more upfront about those delays on their website. According to their website the yarn I ordered wouldn't be delayed. I may order from them again.
