Beautiful, pragmatic, so comfortable

I was in NYC for work and walked by the store window of Gray Matters. It literally stopped me in my tracks and I had to go inside and tried on the shoes! The shoes looked like a work of art. They are stunningly beautiful. I met the owner and designer, Silvia. She is so sweet. She explained the design of the egg shoe. Women are strong and confident that they can walk “on eggs” but not break it! I thought that was so creative. She helped me choose my size, bc they do run small. But are the most comfortable and softest leather! I cant wait to purchase my next pair. I'm eyeing the Mildred boots next!

These shoes are eggcellent

All eggs puns aside... I have wanted to own a pair of Gray Matters shoes with an egg heel for ages and I finally got a pair. Dear god, I just love these so much. I wear them a minimum of 2 times a week. Very comfortable, easy to walk in and most importantly you will be sporting the iconic 'egg heel' al a Gray Matters.

Classic, comfy shoe - with a twist!

The Egg Mules have a buttery soft leather with a comfortable insole. I feel so chic but still comfy with the low heel height and of course, the EGG is just fantastic! I'd been eyeing these shoes for months and I'm glad I took the plunge. They will last for ages and I love dressing them up or down. They look great with a cocktail dress and fantastic with coveralls!
