Love the color and perfect for a morning brew

Extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a Christmas december 12th for next day dispatch to Ireland. On the 18th i still hadnt received shipment details so followed up with the company. On the 20th they replied the item was dispatched on the 20th however i had noticed the items ordered had now gone out of stock on the website. I replied asking if items would be here in time for christmas as they were only dispatched and received no reply. I again emailed on 22nd as royalmail were showing that they still had not received the item- the company said they refunded my order. They clearly hadnt fulfilled my order and the items went out of stock in the meantime and when i constantly had to email about these issues they werent transparent. I had preciously ordered from this company but clearly the fact the shipment was to ireland made my order less of a priority. I was left without christmas gifts at the last minute. Not the customer service you would expect.
