Screen Printing Pallet Tape

I've been using this pallet tape for years now and it's super easy to work with, speeds up production, and keeps our press running. Each application lasts for a ton of shirts before it needs to be replaced. A quick scrub with water and a scrub pad refreshes it, and it's easy to remove. Applying it is a little tricky at first, but once you get a system going, it's very quick. WAY better than spray adhesive or liquid glue.

Exactly What I Needed

I print all my signs on a flatbed table and when I set up I have marks indicating the sign size. I apply the 24” pallet tape to the bed and run a print using water based ink then I know where to set my guides. Wash the screen block out the marks and then add my coroplast ink and run, the job set up is so simple and accurate.
