Great Patches, Even Better Customer Service!

The quality of the patches is excellent, but the customer service is what truly won me over. After a shipping issue caused my order to be returned, they quickly sent it out again. Then, when the post office decided one problem simply was not enough, they stepped in without hesitation, reprinted the patches, and reshipped the entire order. Throughout the process, they were patient and professional. Their turnaround time was impressive, and the patches look great. They went far beyond what I expected to make sure everything was resolved. They may not control the post office, but they certainly know how to take care of their customers. They have definitely gained a loyal one! They would have anyway based on the patches alone, but how they handle my situation, and how they treated me is what sealed the deal!
