Steve Mocco is a great instructor. He explains things clearly and gives ample demonstrations with lots of variations on the technique. I have already experimented with the first technique and it works very well. My sense is that the others will work equally well, I just need to get them into my muscle memory. Highly recommended, particularly considering the price.

Mocco is the foot sweep master!

Mocco is a master of the foot sweep. The way he is able to pull it off from so many various control ties is really amazing. I remember watching him hit those foot sweeps in competition. To get such a comprehensive tutorial on a subject that is, quite frankly, very under appreciated in the wrestling community is a a joy.

Great Addition To Your Takedown Arsenal

This was a great and informative video not just about footsweeps but also about chainwrestling. For those wrestlers who don't feel comfortable shooting from the outside and prefer a more low risk attack or feel a little light in the toolbox with their setups, this video will be helpful to you. The footsweep is an underutilized move in today's game and you will see many different variations of the technique and from different positions/situations and of course, all the setups. The footsweep itself is covered in great detail and Steve Mocco explains and demonstrates some very minute details which will make the move more effective and more likely to work. Also covered, are follow-up attacks if you don't get the footsweep on the first attempt. I also very much enjoyed the 50/50 series and Inside Trip demo that Steve did. All in all, i think anyone who's looking to learn this underutilized move and add it to their arsenal or someone who just wants a new attack to supplement with their traditional leg attacks will find the video to be valuable.
