Sea Kayaking 113, Open Water Training Camp

George works hard to make this a top-rate experience. I learned a ton!

This was the second time I've done the two-day training trip (I took SK-115 three years ago, did this as a refresher). Be prepared to learn a vast amount of practical, hands-on skills and kayaking knowledge--tides & currents, trip planning, navigation, safety, water etiquette, accident response, radios, etc. Plus, you'll meet some interesting fellow paddlers.
