Wood racks have some big faults

The pushers are too high. They obstruct the view of exposed tiles. We are laying the pushers on top of the racks after we push out our tiles to avoid the difficulty exchanging jokers and to get a clear view. If exposures are up there before we pushed out our tiles, then we’re stuck. Also the bottom ledge is too narrow and the tiles often slip off. Some of the ladies are having a difficult time transitioning to this type of pusher that detaches. There’s a restocking fee of 15% and I must pay for return shipping. Therefore, I will keep them, but I am NOT satisfied. Honestly, I wish I purchased them from another company that has a better return policy.

I am very happy with the wooden racks and pushers. So much nicer than the cheap plastic ones that come with most sets. Good quality wood. I like the magnets on the pushers so they can be separated to move the wall and then put easily back in place.

Really love the quality of this item! The stain was a classic finish which is both elegant and versatile. Personally we enjoy a more classic look to our set up: thus these are perfect for the aesthetic we wanted for our set up!
