Ricoma Auto-Open Cap Heat Press

Nerves!

I’m struggling to get this machine to press a cap without damaging it. I get nervous about every cap order. It has damaged every 5 sided cap I have pressed. I use heat pillows and have tried so many different things. It’s disappointing, I’m at a point where I’m thinking of not selling caps.

Good machine, but if you need heat at top and bottom, you’re better off with something like the IQ360. Ricoma support for website purchases is no good. It took me 5-6 days to get ahold of someone to help me with my return.

Do not buy

Platen is too big and warps the caps, cant properly put the caps on with the pressure screw at the bottom, and no safety to release the clamp once the timer is started. Overall definitely not the press I would buy.
