I do not like the product seems to be used It has glue all over the top where the bolts go and missing covers so the plastic head of the bolts dont melt.

I ordered a new element because when I called support and explained my issue, I was told I needed a new element. When I started using the new element I was still having the same issue. Elements are not cheap and I am not in a financial position to spend $100 on an item that is not needed!
