Stressless Elevation Kit (Signature / Cross Base Only)

As I was trying to elevate the ottoman, the piece broke off and I can’t raise the ottoman

I love the chair and I wish I could have raised the ottoman

Big difference--the foot stool should come from the factory like this! (Didn't elevate the chair--just the foot stool)
