Blueberry Extract (Pure)

Didn't amount to expectations

I'm a small home-based fudge maker, and previously used a blueberry extract from another company. When I needed more, I bought from Cooks, but the aroma and flavor is practically non-existent. Prior pans of blueberry fudge had an obvious blueberry aroma and the flavor was tasted instantly with just 4 tsp used for a 10lb pan. This has not been the case with Cooks blueberry extract.

Nothing like blueberry

Brand new bottle, first time ordering blueberry flavor. I opened today hoping to add to my homemade chocolates BUT the smell/taste was pure alcohol. Zero berry flavor!! Very disappointed.
