Zeli Professional Top Coat - Satin Finish

Perfect!

This is the second time I've ordered a liquid from. Zelikovitz in the winter and even though i know product can freeze, I've been very happy with the way the product is shipped. I have yet to have a freezing issue. I can't speak to the product itself yet but I have no doubt it will be exactly what I needed. The staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable to get me the products I need!!!!
