Zeli Pro Waterbased Leather Pigment Dye 32 Ounce Bottles

Excellent products

I am a professional restorer. I have been using the Zeli Pro dye since 2018. I am very impressed with the consistent quality of the product and the customer service. I do alot of custom colour matching and the Zeli dyes all mix together smoothly. I usually apply it with a Pasche single action airbrush at about 40 psi and thin with 40-50% water. 2 - 4 wet but not dripping coats blow drying inbetween is usually good. Clean up dry dye overspray with rubbing alcohol. I also use it full strenth with a brush or dauber on small areas. Dries quick with a blowdryer!

Water-based dye

I ordered this dye to replace a competitors product. I find it is a better product. After talking to an employee about the product freezing during shipping he made me feel confident that it shouldn't be an issue. He was right! The way this company ships product and treats customers, I find is second to none. If you're looking at purchasing this, 100% do it and you'll be impressed with the service!!!!

Had to spray

I am an amateur at dyeing so that needs to be factored into this review. It was recommended to me that I apply the dye to my car seats with a brush. After more than one coat with the brush I still had streaks. I gave up on that and used a spray gun. It worked well but I assume I now have a thicker coat of this "paint" than what I need. Time will tell if it is durable
