Great program
I’ve really enjoyed this program so far! If I had to give some feedback, probably skip the recipes and leave them for the recipe book. Nutrition guidelines are good, but the recipes were too few to really be super useful. The rest of the book is great though! It’s nice to be able to look back a few pages if I’m not sure what they mean by a specific lift. The form factor is great too! I’ve thought about bringing a binder or something to the gym in the past but they were just too big. This book is like a little lifting handbook; it’s perfect!
