Datil done right!

A lot of datil products emphasize the heat over the flavor. Fat Cat's Florida Sauce lets the fruitiness of the datil shine through, perfectly complimented by citrus. This is datil done right! I live not very far from St. Augustine and I can say this is the BEST datil sauce I have ever tasted! 100% recommended to fans of the tropical and fans of rare-ish peppers!
