Customer support
I haven't used the product yet (still need to purchase some other components first), but I've been delighted by the customer service. They were very responsive and accommodating to a special request that I made.

Upgrade that was worth every penny.
I had a warranty replacement arranged for my PB 1000 Pro. Even though I was slightly outside the 1 year upgrade window, they let me upgrade to the PB 2000 Pro. Once I had the 2000 dialed in and placed on a subwoofer pad, it was a revelation. I ran a 15 hz test and there were things across the house rattling. I can't imagine needing more subwoofer than this but now I'm wondering if another step up is in my future.
The transient response was so much better than I expected. Music is amazing and movies have so much more presence, even at lower volumes.
SVS was a class act from the first contact to the last. I'm looking forward to trying more of their speaker line in the future.

digs deep when needed
I have 4 pb 2000 pros and super like that they handled everything I throw at them at reference level.
