Incredible Toner!!!

This toner is absolutely by far the single most refreshing toner I've ever had the pleasure of using!!! Not just does it feel cool and refreshing to the face when applied it's also terrific at cleaning and toning on all skin types. Its especially great on sensitive skin like mine. I'd recommend this product to anyone and everyone as it works so well and on all skin types!

My absolute favorite toner!

I started using this Rovectin toner a few months back when sent to me in PR and have been using it since! I absolutely love how my skin looks and feels. It removes any traces of cleanser left behind and balances my skin's pH. I'll keep buying it over and over!

Great Experience!! Great for skin texture and hydration!!

I have loved my experience with the Cica Care Purifying Toner. Any product with Centella Asiatica becomes instantly a product that is worth the try. After application, my skin feels more hydrated and smooth. I was a bit scared because it has Lavender Oil Extract (a fragrant component), but since it is the last ingredient on the list, I still bought it to give it a try. I'm currently at the half of the bottle and so far, no skin reaction has occured due to the fragrant component.
