I had a great experience with support. I was missing a piece of the original shipment and instead of making me ship the entire order back, a new one was shipped out right away. I have set it up and it is working beautifully! Hope I have enough room for everything that I planted! I will share and recommend this system to my friends.

All set up but waiting for sprouts! Set up was very easy. The garden is lightweight and easy to move if needed. Can’t wait for planting. I gave 4 stars because I haven’t used the pump yet so I can’t accurately score that part.
