Wölfe 8” Chef's Knife

Bought the 8" Chef Knife at a seafood festival and questioned the intelligence of my decision ordering a pricey knife from a tent at a day long event, but the knife was delivered as promised and it is a joy to use. The edge is sharp, the weight and balance are spectacular. I highly recommend this product and will consider more of their products!
