I received dead plants

I received brittle dry plants. No growth. My payment was refunded.

A bad joke?

Scrawny shriveled up rhizomes.....sent them a email; about it, and no response in a week! I'm trained as a biologist; I'm not even sure these things were alive. Still waiting for signs of life. They were carefully planted under greenhouse conditions.....still waiting.....

Waiting for them to break surface. Seemed black and dead, but this is the first time I bought NY Ferns and not sure how they're supposed to look. Everything else is healthy and vibrant
