Good morning Desiree I ordered some Strawberry a couple of years ago and I had a problem with not having the right strawberries. You sent me some other ones which worked out great. So I thought I'd order some more, only the ones I got looked dead. I understand and know what dormant plants look like. (A quick tip: Your bulbs and bare-root plants may arrive looking dormant, and that's completely normal - it's exactly how they should travel. ) I mean four or five of them had a little bit of green on them. I got them Monday evening on the 15th of June and I planted them on the 16th of June. It's been almost two weeks and there are only Six are alive and growing. Is there any way I can get the ones that did not grow replaced? Thank you for your help in this matter and have a nice day.

Customer Service went above expectations!

I bought June bearing and ever bearing varieties. Most of them did well with a total of 12 failed to thrive. Customer Service was notified and I expected 12 roots. I received 2 new packs of my original order.

Three did not make it and there are several that are just barely hanging in there and slow growing. Hopefully the rest will produce well and handle the Alaska weather.
