Skeg System for Tiderace Kayak

I have a tiderace kayak and the plastic tubing containing the skeg cable has disintegrated and the skeg cable was exposed and rusted. George help me figure out how to disconnect the cable from the control, which was not obvious at all, help me get a new skeg and pointed me in the right direction to find a new tubing. Thank you so much George!!!! Literally could not have done it without your help!!!!
