Stunning but need a lot of breaking in

On first wear they kinda blistered my ankles and they run a bit large but with inserts and thick socks + some breaking in I’m sure they’ll improve. They’re not too hard to walk in and they look amazing, they’re just very stiff at first.

They're alright

I've been wearing the 301s as my everyday shoes for like a decade. I can normally get a year-and-a-half or more out of them before holes start appearing or the platforms get too worn down or start to detach. So I obviously love them and find them super easy to walk in. The pair I bought this year is just not the same. I've only been wearing them for a couple weeks and the threading is already starting to fray in spots. And no matter how I lace them, the ankles seem too loose and are giving no support compared to other ones I've gotten. I feel like these aren't going to be as durable as they've been in the past. However, the heel plate on this pair now goes up high enough to not cut through where gravity is pulling the back of the boot down against it and the soles actually feel like they're supposed to be in a shoe now. So that's neat.
