Could use some packaging work

One of the buckles was embedded into the shoe leaving a permanent print, demonia should really add more stuffing in the spots where the shoes stay bent inside the box because there's permanent creases all over the shoes, I did order a size up and the 11 feels close to a 10 but it really crunches my pinky toe so I'll have to double sock for a bit hoping it stretches, I've been wanting these shoes for many years and my husband finally gave in and bought them as an anniversary gift but these are nothing like I expected, honestly the bootleg I got in a flea market in Mexico had better packaging and a comfy wide toe box

Honestly love them very nice quality they kinda had a weird smell when opening the box not sure why..like not sure exactly what the smell was.. but other then that looking forward to being taller then my fiance now lol
