Vintage Old Town kit

Super Fun!

It was way more detailed than I expected being my first paint by numbers, but man am I loving the challenge! This one is not for the faint hearted with most of the numbers being only a few mm wide, I’ve pretty much only used one tiny brush the whole time. But it is going to look beautiful when I’m done.

First

For my first attempt it was a bad choice as it was very busy with multiple small areas to fill in, my problem not yours, however it does teach one the art of brush work in small places. Two of the pots were open when arrived and had dried out, but no problem to mix a similar colour. Just a good experience.

Loved this painting, my very first

This is a very time consuming painting, but the end result is worth it. I did run out of paint which was a bit of a drag but paint a plot sent more out free of charge. I just had to start another while I waited. Highly recommended to all patient people!
