A mindful and relaxing project
I found this was very calming to paint! My ADHD brain has a lot of trouble focusing without lots of different input but I could easily get lost painting this for over an hour in complete silence. Not confident enough to try blending but I quite enjoy the look of this without it. A welcome piece of art on the wall behind me for work meetings 🙂
