The essential coverall has a few different styles to choose from, you can make it super simple and minimal or add all the options :)
NOTE: The snap inseam is recommended for all styles. You can omit the snaps and only do the back open...

A good intermediate pattern
I made this i. Size 0-3 months and included the feet. The pattern doesnt mention or suggest it, but i got dritz rubberized feet material and used it on the foot bottoms. I like having the rubber feet. I made the closed back version. I really dont see why an opening is needed in the back when the legs can unsnap. The instructions are nearly identical to seceral other B&T designs that i have also made. Generally very clear, though the photos are sometimes hard to read for details. Also, the pattern gives two methods for attaching binding, but does not offer any tips for doi g binding with a coverstitch machine. I suppose if you own a coverstitch you should already know how to do binding with it, but if it were me, i would include guidance on that technique. Also, i use a kamsnaps heavy duty press to attach the snaps. Highly recommend. Overall another solid pattern.

Cute although not the clearest instructions
This turned out very cute! The 12-18 month size fit my 12 month old pretty well, except it's a bit too tight on the legs, so I'd make those wider next time (he does have pretty chubby legs). I will say the pattern instructions aren't particularly clear, so it is more suitable for someone who already has a decent amount of sewing experience and can fill in the blanks, know when to press or pin something first, etc.
