Great Knife, Great Customer Support

This is my first very nice knife and before purchasing I had ~20min call with a representative who was very knowledgable and helped me determine which knife, material, etc. was best for me. I am very pleased with my purchase and have recommended this site to several friends. The knife is very sharp and easy to handle. I cook frequently (~2 meals that require chopping per day) and it stays sharp for ~3-4 months. Using a whet stone it's very easy to sharpen, although does take a little practice. Highly recommend!
