This is my second order of this item. In spite of the heat wave where I live, it arrived in pristine condition. The prawns are fresh and deliciously mineral rich in flavor. Think shrimp heads, but x10. Additionally, the flesh is snappy yet almost creamy in flavor. I absolutely recommend for a pasta or risotto dish. However, my favorite way to eat them is raw and just barely de-thawed.
