This wagon is just so good. The 250 lb load capacity means you can put so much stuff in it, it’s super easy to store, the cover keeps it clean and secure, rolling resistance is minimal, motion is smooth, and it’s constructed for durability while still looking nice. No complaints at all. One of the greatest purchases I’ve ever made.

Return policy terrible

With all the conditions, you forfeit almost the entire price of the wagon. Which is irritating considering I could have paid the same price on Amazon and returned it for any reason no problem. I regret my choice to give MacSports all the money instead of Amazon.

Wrong Item shipped with no support

I ordered the Two-Tone wagon with ultra durable wheels and received a totally different far less practical product; the Beachcomber wagon; not practicable for my needs. I've reached out three different times with pics and receipts and heard nothing back from customer support.
