Unreliable company

I was lucky that my transaction went through and received a serial. If you're not that lucky and have a Support - question or any Issue, there wont be much happening. Wrote 3 mails regarding an issue on their Site and never got an Answer. Even after Un-subscribing and asking to delete my account with them, the only thing happening was a Request to leave a Review. So here it is, Stars for the plugin & ZERO for all the rest.
