Beans + Puya and Morita Chilis

These Pinto Beans are great! Soak the beans for 20 min. then toss them in the pressure cooker with a bay leaf (these steps release the gas of the bean). My toddler gets a nice portion, then I throw in dried chili’s, garlic and cumin, cook a little longer to give it kick. The beans are completed by bending 1.5 cup of the beans with the cooked chili’s and garlic, mix together to thicken the beans.

Be-Still-Farms Pinto Beans: WOW!! Organic and non-GMO for a start make them perfect! Sure there are other brands that are the same but BSF are Fat & Plump comes to mind.
