I love using Cook’s extracts for my cheesecakes. I recently made a chocolate cheesecake for a customer and to ensure a rich chocolate flavor I added some of their chocolate extract to my recipe. Man o man did this help solidify the taste that I was going for!!!!

In love with this company's excellent customer service and care in packaging it completely safely. It tastes and smells like chocolate. It's very useful because I can't tolerate too much cocoa/cacao due to the stimulant effect and this helps me use carob powder with chocolate flavour. I highly recommend all of their products bought so far. They come in glass bottles and are very transparent about where each ingredient comes from.
