MY standard for baking

If I am going to the trouble with baking something from scratch, I am going to use the best ingredients.

This is the best out there....

I've been using Nielsen-Massey for years, but never being totally sold on their product. Nothing else seemed better, so I kept going with NM. I found Cook's in a local market (in Arizona)and decided to try it. I'm just down to the last of the 4oz. bottle and it smells just as good as ever (and it may be about a year old). I like it so well I ordered from their website since I can't find it anywhere here in Oklahoma (brought it from AZ). Retired and doing more baking now.👍 I have the organic Madagascar, highly recommend it.
