This is a great, short instructional on the basics of handfighting. I found it tremendously useful as someone who didn’t wrestle in high school.

Really good choice of fundamental techniques that can carry a fighter in the initial stages of an attack. Provides a basis for plan A and helps the movements in motion become instinctive

Could have spent a tiny bit more time explaining the most basic terms
