One way left cord pull

Cord pull was delivered with the cord pull on the right. Had to make the adjustments to place it on the correct side. The movement of the wheels/bearings are very loud which is why I assume the agent I spoke with was very curt/aloof in his response to my noise level inquiry prior to purchase. The curtain is now hung in our temple so there's nothing I can do about it now but I will not be purchasing this product again.
