Nice curtains but they take awhile

Curtains are great quality but they take awhile and the communication was a bit odd. I ordered my curtains online on Aug 23. Through email and text messages, I pieced together the rest of the process: They started making the curtains ten days later on Sept 2 and finished them in four hours. On Sept 4 they told me they were shipped and that I'd receive a tracking number in 2-3 days. Five days later I still hadn't heard anything so I checked in and they got right back to me and let me know they were shipping soon and gave me a tracking number on Sept 9. The curtains arrived Sept 14. The texts vs. email situation was odd. Additionally, it was frustrating that you cannot use the new customer discount and get the free shipping with an over $400 purchase at the same time. Overall, if you're willing to be patient and spend a lot of money, you will get good quality curtains.
