Bad Customer Service

Within the last year, I have shopped in the store approximately five times with Chris and the customer service was excellent. I traveled with my wife to purchase items during a Lamy event. First, when I arrived, I asked to use the restroom, which is located next to the shop, an Asian/Hawaiian-looking lady told me it was closed to the public and to walk a block and a half away. I ended going to the Hampton Inn. Second, the Asian/Hawaiian-looking lady watched every item that my wife and I picked up to the point we felt uncomfortable. I even mentioned to her that I was a repeat customer to try to put her at ease. Since Lamy's representative was nice, I purchased Lamy's notebooks. Unfortunately, Chris was sick that day and the people working did not know the products. Fountain pens are luxury items, so I will take my business elsewhere.

A Quality Notebook

An incredibly convenient and reliable notebook. The quality of the paper is amazing and my Lamy Safari writes seamlessly on it. The only draw back is the pen holder is not capable of holding my Safari and I ended up stretching it out. I would definitely recommend this notebook and in the future will order a larger size.
