Slippery Jack

These are the mushrooms my Polish grandmother used to make Mushroom and Barley Soup, and which I could not find anywhere because I did not know that in the States they are called Slippery Jack Mushrooms. I was looking for Bolete mushrooms. So happy you carry them. A couple of days ago, I made soup with them. It was wonderful, a page out of my childhood memories. Thank you.
