Judo BB 20+ years - purchased mainly because I have found Matt D'Aquino's instructional interesting in the past. He starts very basic and builds from those skills. What I found interesting is that he includes his mess ups in the tutorial. These skills are very difficult to time perfectly. His talking through his misses helped me understand the skill.

Precise instruction

I have always had problems with kouchi despite I started in judo in 2007 but in the first volume I already got nice details that are very useful to get better and to correct the little mistakes I was doing. PD: I hope to see more Matt "s material here as I cannot buy his work from his website with my current card haha.

Matta delivers once again

I already bought another titles from Matt so this one is excellent as the rest of his instructionals, specially the Makikkomi section.
