HIGHLY pigmented!
This is the first Root product I haven't loved (and I have tried A LOT). It's just way too hot pink for my complexion. The first time I tried it, I was too heavy handed and that was my fault - I just love blush! The next time I barely touched the brush to the pan and it was still too much. I will try again in the summer when I have a bit more color.
