The kit I received is heavy duty but not too heavy to handle. Assembly is straightforward and the product functions well. We used the post with base plate attachable to the sidewalk. Fortunately one of us is a skilled handyman and able to build a concrete wedge so that the boxes could be plumb on our sloping sidewalk. If designers could include a solution for that problem it'd be even better.

Everything looks good

I got the mailbox’s. They are heavier than expected (which is a good thing). I am excited to get them installed.
