Workmanship heavy duty , but some flaws

workmanship a 4+, directions are lacking. The 4 bolts to the posts should be low profile instead of the regular bolts provided. One major flaw was the alignment of the 2 screws of the box to the base. All four of my boxes had the same problem . The second screw would not line up. I finally purchased some longer sheet metal screws and they worked with a little sweat and persistence.. Your flag is made of plastic , I hope the flag lasts. i .
