I am very impressed with not only this product, but the service from TBF! I mistakenly placed an order for less than the minimum amount and I was promptly contacted to resolve the issue. Following that, I was contacted regarding the customization I would like. Each email of mine was responded to within one business day's time (usually within the same day) and I was sent real pictures, not just mock-ups, of the finished product for final approval. As a "cherry on top" of the whole experience, I received the finished product in hand nearly a week before the initial estimate I received from the TBF team. The bags are very high quality and the customization is beautiful. I will definitely be returning to TBF for any future needs! Thanks for a great experience.
