Really, really good experience with these guys… the customer service was excellent, and the customized drawstring bags we got as our wedding favors turned out amazing. Definitely recommend!

Many of the backpacks strings came undone. We ordered 500 and at our trade show we discovered 50 unused bags fell apart at the seams. We had already given out 150 bags. We were not happy knowing our customers will simply throw those away and be left with a negative impression of our company. We are going through the rest of them one by one and going to file a return and refund request. Thus far we have 45 brand new broken bags. That makes 95 out of 500. We have many more to go through.

A portion of the logo was cut off that was shown in the proof, overall the quality was great.
